The BT Diverse 6150 is a digital cordless phone with a digital answer machine. The 6150 also has features such as, SMS texting, 50 Name and number memory, backlit LCD, 15 minute recording and GAP compatible. It can also be used with MOST other BT Diverse phones.

GAP compatible means that you can register the handset to any other GAP Compatible phone regardless of the make and model. (Not all features will work when connected to another make or model; however you will be able to make and receive calls)

• GAP Compatible:
  GAP (Generic Access Profile) is the technology that allows digital handsets of
  different product families to communicate with one another.
• SMS Texting:
  this feature allows user to send and receive short text messages
  over the fixed line telephone network.
• Hands-free:
  Allows user to hold a telephone conversation without lifting the handset.
• Caller Display:
  When used with a Caller Display service, this feature allows you to see the
  number of the calling party. A separate quarterly fee is payable for this service
• Call Timer:
  Monitors the duration of a call, beginning from the time the line is engaged.
• Call Waiting:
  A beep occurs while a phone is engaged alerting the user to an incoming call.
  Users can choose whether to switch between callers or ignore the incoming
  call. On some phones, when used with Caller Display, the incoming
  caller's number will be displayed to allow the user to screen the call.
• Handset Ringer Volume Control:
  Adjust the volume level on the handset of the selected melody chosen.
• Keypad Lock:
  Allows user to lock the keypad to prevent buttons being pushed accidentally.
• Last Number Redial:
  Stores the most recently dialled numbers to be accessed again
  at the touch of a button.
• Message Waiting Indicator:
  Flashing light, display icon and audible signal indicate when a new text message
  has been received.
• Pre-Dialling Facility:
  See the number on the LCD before you call. Ideal for check you have the correct number.
• Backlit Screen:
  Handset lights up when any handset button is pressed.
• Talk Time:
  13hrs, The number of hours the handset can be used in talk mode before recharging is required.
• Standby Time:
  300hrs, The number of hours the handset can be removed from the base unit before recharging is required.
• Range:
  50m - 300m, The radius in which the product will function.
